WHO WE ARE

Kia ora, I'm Steph.

I have a dream of wanting people to live their best lives, and I want work to not be a barrier to that.

The reality is most people will have a job at some point in their lifetime and I want people to feel safe enough to bring their whole selves to work. I want people to have time back to spend it on the things that bring them joy. I want people to be guided in a way that allows them to thrive and I want people to be treated fairly and equally.

So I founded Love HR to support organisations in understanding opportunities to put people at the centre of everything they do and help remove barriers that may be getting in the way of people living their best lives.

By way of our uniquely developed People First Index framework, and other progressive HR services, we work with business leaders and HR professionals to measure the progressiveness of an organisation's people policies and practices, and offer practical recommendations to put people first, leading to increases in employee wellbeing, engagement, retention, attraction, happiness, and reductions in attrition, burnout and absenteeism, ultimately leading to increases in innovation, creativity, productivity, sales, organisations achieving their business goals, and people living their best lives.

MEET THE TEAM

Stephanie Love - Kaitiaki

Stephanie has over 12 years' experience in HR in New Zealand, USA and UK, working for companies such as Disney, Coca-Cola Amatil and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

She has developed and implemented strategic HR framework for global organisations and has worked in the tourism, FMCG, professional services, hospitality, retail, entertainment, recruitment, public sector and manufacturing industries.

Stephanie has a passion for Equal Pay and whilst at Magic Memories the organisation was awarded the Bronze YWCA Equal Pay award. Stephanie was a finalist in the 2018 HRINZ HR Specialist of the year awards.

She has an undergraduate degree in Business Psychology, and a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration (HR Management) both from Massey University.

Stephanie Love brings together the unique skill of making sense of people and numbers and helping us put the human back into the centre of our decision making.

Stephanie is a master at taking a concept and turning into something magic and I have had the privilege of working with her in multiple roles.

More recently Stephanie has been the engine behind building the new Rainbow Inclusion Stocktake for me at Pride Pledge. She took my concepts and ideas, and now we have a unique and fabulous tool to help organisations on their Rainbow Inclusion Journeys.
