Creating workplaces that put people first
Who We Are
Stephanie Love Limited was founded in 2016 as Love Business Limited, to assist organisations in understanding where opportunities exist to put people at the centre of everything they do.
In 2020, we rebranded to Stephanie Love, bringing our clients more specialised services and support.
By way of our uniquely developed People First Index framework, we work with you to measure the progressiveness of your people policies and practices, and offer practical recommendations to put people first, ultimately leading to increases in employee wellbeing, innovation, sales, revenue, and overall organisational success.

What we do
How we can help
Our business is built on the belief that the best organisations to work for are the ones that put people at the centre of everything they do.
To support your organisation to be the best, we work with you to assess your organisation's policies and practices against the People First Index, our uniquely developed framework that measures your organisation against progressive, researched criteria.
We provide this feedback to your organisation, so you can understand where and how you can make changes to your working practices and culture that would help make your people feel as though they are treated fairly, respectfully and as though they are as important as stakeholder value.
We aim to support organisations to be the best place to work for their people, so that they are able to:
Give within the bounds they are contracted to give
Be given meaningful work for a cause they believe in
Be treated with fairness and equality
This can lead to:
Increased sales and revenue due to consumers choosing your organisation over competitors
Being recognised as an employer of choice and attracting and retaining top talent
Enhanced innovation, creativity and problem-solving
A decrease in cost associated with absenteeism and employee burnout
Increase in attraction to future generations entering the workforce
Validated and reliable data on the position of people policies and practices that can inform strategy

Open Polytechnic engaged with Steph some initial analysis on our equal pay gap and then to complete our remuneration review. Steph provided us with recommendations by way of data and an action plan.
One of the true treasures with Steph is her authenticity and passion for the outcomes of her work. She is generous with her knowledge, by encouraging and providing the gift of education. Unlike some contractors, Steph quickly became part of the team whilst respecting the employment boundary.
Engaging in the type of work Steph does is a long term commitment.
