Stephanie Love Limited was founded in 2016 as Love Business Limited, to assist organisations in understanding where opportunities exist to put people at the centre of everything they do.
In 2020, we rebranded to Stephanie Love Consulting, bringing our clients more specialised services and support.
By way of our uniquely developed People First Index framework, we work with you to measure the progressiveness of your people policies and practices, and offer practical recommendations to put people first, ultimately leading to increases in employee wellbeing, innovation, sales, revenue, and overall organisational success.

MEET THE TEAM
Stephanie Love - Founder
Stephanie has 10 years' experience in HR in New Zealand, USA and UK, working for companies such as Disney, Coca-Cola Amatil and the Ministry of Social Development.
She has developed and implemented strategic HR framework for global organisations and has worked in the tourism, FMCG, professional services, hospitality, retail, entertainment, recruitment, public sector and manufacturing industries.
Stephanie has a passion for Equal Pay and whilst at Magic Memories the organisation was awarded the Bronze YWCA Equal Pay award. Stephanie was a finalist in the 2018 HRINZ HR Specialist of the year awards.
She has an undergraduate degree in Business Psychology, a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration (HR Management) both from Massey University and is currently working towards a Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University.
